By accessing or using the MyVideoAgents website, interactive developer playground, SDKs, or REST APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Description of Service
MyVideoAgents provides real-time multimodal AI video avatar rendering, WebRTC streaming services, and video generation APIs for customer support, corporate e-learning, and automated sales outreach workflows.
3. Acceptable Use & Synthetic Media Ethics
Users and enterprise clients agree not to utilize MyVideoAgents technology to:
- Synthesize likenesses or voices of real individuals without express, verifiable legal consent.
- Generate misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive synthetic media intended to impersonate public figures or deceive consumers.
- Transmit hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, or unlawful content.
- Conduct automated spam or abusive outreach in violation of applicable telecommunications and anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and TCPA).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in breach of this Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Intellectual Property & Customer Content
- Customer Data & Knowledge: Customers retain all rights, title, and ownership over proprietary documentation, knowledge base assets, scripts, and brand materials uploaded to the platform.
- Platform Infrastructure: The underlying multimodal rendering engine, neural pipeline orchestration, WebRTC protocols, software code, and pre-built default avatars remain the exclusive intellectual property of MyVideoAgents.
- Generated Video Output: Subject to the applicable commercial subscription agreement, customers receive rights to utilize and publish the output video streams generated through their authorized account.
5. API Usage & Service Level Agreements
API rate limits, availability SLAs, and support response times are governed by the specific tier and terms defined in your applicable enterprise service agreement. Commercial users must protect their API credentials and are responsible for all activity conducted through their API keys.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyVideoAgents and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform services.
