Enterprise Security & Data Protection
We treat client data privacy and enterprise compliance as foundational architectural requirements:
- Ephemeral Media Processing: Real-time audio and video streams are processed in memory and never stored or retained on disk after the WebRTC session terminates.
- Zero Training on Customer Data: Customer conversation inputs, uploaded corporate knowledge bases, and proprietary SOPs are never used to train public foundation models.
- Encryption in Transit & at Rest: All media traffic utilizes DTLS/SRTP (WebRTC encryption) and TLS 1.3 for API endpoints. Stored configuration data is protected with AES-256 encryption.
- Ethical Synthetic Media Framework: We implement strict avatar consent verification protocols to prevent unauthorized digital likeness synthesis and misuse.
